Absinthe pipe Calendula is very big

With the Absinthe pipe Calendula you have a very large model made of glass in front of you. With its height of 28cm and a capacity of approx. 0.2l it is very big, so that you can actually do something with it.
The Absinthe pipe Calendula is a traditional Czech utensil that looks back on a long Absinthe tradition.
A, for many, still undiscovered kind of Absinthe enjoyment:

- Similar to a water pipe, the filled in Absinthe is sucked with ice over the glass drinking tube.

An interesting drinking ritual that one should try.

Instructions for use from the manufacturer:

The Absinthe pipe ritual:
Fill the Absinthe pipe Calendula with crushed ice, then fill approx. one third of the pipe body with Absinthe.
Soak a (preferably silver) small sugar spoon with BROWN sugar lightly heaped with Absinthe. Take a candle and "boil" the spoon with the sugar/absinthe mixture over the flame. The Absinthe catches fire and the burning sugar expands and drips (best into the Absinthe pipe). A saucer to avoid table fires is very useful. Stir the sugar into the ice-cream/absinthe mixture as soon as it blisters (don't wait until it turns black). You will have even more fun if you put the loose sugar into a newspaper pack or a small tansparent plastic bag or teddy bear and glue it well together. The opening of the "sugar pack" then happens at the table with a noble stiletto. Excellent for event gastronomy on a high level in a small circle. (Be sure to have extinguishing agents ready. Imitation at your own risk!)

The ritual is an international one and comes from the rock scene and is also well known in the red light millieu, but with changed ingredients.
