Absinthe from Austria has more of a small tradition, but at least there is a certain tradition. If one started the new production in Austria with relatively anise-poor Absinthe, later also more anis-heavy Absinthe after French model were produced and offered there. Relatively unknown and in our opinion also misunderstood in comparison with other varieties from this country is the Sina Absinthe, which should please some connoisseurs due to its low price.
