Absinthe de groene Fee verte

Absinthe de groene Fee verte

0,5 l - 65% vol.

For Absinthe de groene Fee verte, produced in Holland by the eponymous distillery De Groene Fee, the two master distillers (Jan Douma and Sjaak Voois) have been inspired by an original recipe of the previous owner Serge Helfrich. Absinthe de groene Fee verte comes with an alcohol content of 65% vol. Considering the previous creations of this distillery, this new creation comes with a relatively low alcohol content and rather smooth. A total of 15 different herbs are used for this recipe. These are harvested personally not far from the distillery: rose hips, elderflower, mint and angelica. The color of this absinthe is a subtle green, for which four herbs are used. Among others, these are hyssop and lemon balm. When prepared with ice-cold water, you can choose whether you absolutely need a sugar cube for it - it's actually not necessary for every taste. In the Absinthe de groene Fee verte, the refreshing herbal aroma is very pronounced and definitely knows how to convince. The price is also to be considered very favorable for this high quality.
