Absinthe Fusion

Absinthe Fusion is a special Absinthe. A master distiller, two academics and a cook met at one table and tried to reconstruct a historical absinthe recipe from the 19th century based on the latest scientific findings. The master distiller Oliver Matter is well known from the Matter Luginbühl distillery. In addition, the physicist Professor Dr. Thomas A. Vilgis, who received his doctorate in physics from Ulm, was also involved. Dr. Helmut Jungwirth, a university professor of molecular biology from Austria, also contributed to the new recipe. Last but not least, Rolf Caviezel, a cook from Switzerland, was involved in the implementation of the historical recipe according to the latest scientific findings. Absinthe Fusion is something very special. Test the Fusion Absinthe and see if the experiment of the four academics was successful.
