Absinthe La Fee Parisienne is produced in France by the English company Green Utopia ltd. This absinthe is based on an original recipe from the 19th century and was co-developed by Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder of the most important absinthe museum in France. Its taste can be described as young with a small amount of mint and a very high anise content.
