Both absinthes (Sinopale and L`Éxceptionnel) meet at a high level and at eye level.
Despite their unmistakably Czech origin they do not deny french
traditions. Both opalize wonderfully and open themselves afterwards with
wonderful scent of fresh herbs. Extraordinary make these the
fresh citrus note I hadn't found at other absinthes before. Taste
differs in the aftermath of the L´Exceptionnel, however, as the one with
the more valuable aroma, which gives my taste buds a little more
to meet him. Both are in no way inferior in effect. The
overall impression is outstanding and so both represent a new highlight
in the Cami ensemble.

I have just drunk the first glass of Sinopale and I am very impressed :) olfactory it actually reminds of a perfume, Louche and its color are very intense and very beautiful to look at like the HB. Its taste is very complex and refreshing, you can taste the citrus fruits very well. Even 1:4 it is much more intense than most other absinthes I have been able to drink so far, all in all a very good absinthe :)
In comparison, I poured myself the 2nd glass of Eichelberger 70 Verte, which looks much thinner and more boring with the same dilution, even if it is still a good Absinthe for me. But the Sinopale is much more varied.

My Sinopale and Vir Verte have both arrived in excellent condition. I love this Sinopale because it has the perfect anise and fennel...I can taste a bit of spiciness that reminds me of the fennel seeds used on pizza. I always loved those things. It's delicious, and as always, have NEVER been disappointed in the Vir Verte. Thank you so much and Sante :)
